This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the End User License Agreement.   2. In addition to the above, we may collect information about your IP Addresses, Tenancy and its usage.
  3. We follow strict security protocols to minimise the risk of unauthorised data access.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. We collect your personal information through the following ways:
    – When you sign up for the software, you provide your name, physical address, email address and phone number. This is the primary mechanism through which we collect your personal information.
    – When you visit our website, your IP address will be logged.
    – When you call, your telephone number will be logged.
    – During its normal operation, the service will retrieve configuration and identifiable information from your Tenancy.

  1. We require your personal information to better understand your needs and to provide you with quality service. We may use the information collected through our software for the following:
    – Improve our services and how we operate our software;

    – Marketing and promotional purposes to spread a message about our software;
    – Enhance the user experience;
    – Personalise our services and make recommendations;
    – User Authentication to ensure the safety and security of your account;
    – Provide and deliver products and services at your request;

  2. We are committed to ensuring that your data including personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have chosen vendors that put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
  3. Unless required by law, no one else apart from the Company, its employees, directors, officers, independent contractors, and professional advisors will have access to your personal information.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION

  1. Unless required by law, we retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.

USAGE TRACKING

  2. This usage data helps us to improve the software by showing us which features are used the most.

  4. As per the normal operation of the service, where some details (such as email addresses, or domain names) are required to be submitted to a database for look-up against known back-lists or issues.

  1. Our company’s website may contain links to websites, software, or mobile applications. However, once you leave the company’s website, we have no control over third-party websites, software, and mobile applications. We are not responsible for protecting your privacy on these third-party websites, software, mobile applications. You should conduct due diligence and carefully read the privacy policies applicable to that website, software, or mobile application in question.

GOVERNING LAW

  1. This Privacy Policy should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia after taking into account conflict of laws principles.

COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
